How do I care for my Hemy Pottery piece?
All my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, like anything, to get the longest life out of your piece I recommend hand-washing.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, Hemy Pottery is all about recyclable materials! Majority of the packaging used is recyclable paper and any plastics that may be used are repurposed.
What's your refund policy?
Unfortunately I do not offer any refunds once you have purchased your items.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me using the 'Contact' feature above.
I will be in touch shortly requesting a picture of your damage item. The photo of your damaged item must be in the original packaging and the photo must be taken the same day your package arrived.
